Global markets, complex products and limited resources force companies to plan and produce their outcome more efficient. Especially now that the product variety constantly grows it gets even more difficult to plan products in terms of time and content for the manufacturing.

The software solution Teamcenter Manufacturing (MPP) from Siemens PLM is the high-performing answer for managing production processes.

In the training we will give the participants a general overview of Teamcenter Manufacturing. In little groups the application options for Teamcenter Manufacturing will be discussed and demonstrated on examples tailored to your business processes. Part of the training is to learn how the application can be used for managing, editing and evaluating process structures in context to products and resources. Focus is to prepare process content and times, as this information is then used to run validations. Also throughput times are ensured via line balance charts plus you have the opportunity to outline the M-BOM and its dynamic counterparts in the process structure.

Gain insights to the question if the product planning can be realized with the virtual triad consisting of product, process and resource. Thereby finer resolutions on valuable and non-valuable tasks are possible.

The training is based on a theoretical and practical part, both of each 50%. In agreement with the trainer parts can be modified according to requested topics.
